Return Policy

FURDECO fully guarantees all products sold at the online store www.furdeco.gr as well as in the FURDECO stores. We make every effort to ensure that no defective products are produced, and even if such a product is produced, every possible check is made so that it does not reach the consumer.

In any case, regardless of whether the product is defective or simply does not meet your expectations, we will gladly replace it.

Refunds are accepted only when the product is in its original condition, packaged, with all labels and the return is made within seven (7) calendar days (postmark or date of delivery) from the date of receipt.

Return costs

If the refund is due to a mistake from us or a defect in the product, we will gladly cover the relevant shipping costs if the return is made through our courier partner. In all other cases the return is at your own charge.
